They will be inviting for this weekend again I'm pretty certain. I don't think it's the stress test, I'm thinking they save that for Thanksgiving weekend, makes the most sense with ppl on vacation (state wise).
But for those who participated last weekend (and everyone), you have to redownload the new build, 20gigs. And can basically delete or keep the old, but old build will kind of be wasted on space.
Also Cosmic Turbine will be the beta server we should try to use, toons won't be wiped if you had a toon on there.

I don't know if it will be this weekend.. haven't received another invite besides the nebulous statement that we would get in on one final big weekend stress test.
And YES to Cosmic Turbine!

The new build is only going to be available for regular testers at the moment. Us weekenders won't get to download it till they start inviting people in for the big stress test. It'll most likely be next weekend, like you said, cause all of their beta weekends have been on a long weekend so far.

As I thought big stress test Thanksgiving Weekend. However it's Euro players that I believe were being invited this weekend but not sure now... And may yet be another build by the stress test I think probably likely. Each build Still Cosmic Turbine that's been a server that's remained I assume it will by the stress testy. I may even register a LXB beta guild But stress tests usually have major lag/crash issues so may not be the most joyous time But look at it this way after the weekend stress test (end of nov), just over 15 days till can play if you pre-ordered! A little more than 2 weeks...

And final is good I know I dont want to be playing a char that'll get wiped a few days before release... esp playing content ill play over. So works out to get amped up for it and withdrawls.

Yeah that's true! I didn't have enough play time last weekend to get off the starter world so I'm looking forward to exploring a little more on other worlds. I really do like how much the story is a part of the game because it makes me not want to rush... I don't care so much about getting up to max level.. just want to enjoy the journey.

You forced to use EU servers Nob? If not, Cosmic Turbine And yeah Zu, the story for each class is so engaging and unique- esp with companions and should be doable solo; I've never really grinded, and when you do it's part of story or group content. You don't want to rush and grind I've actually wanted to not level TOO quickly for the story lol. Definitely not a game to rush to max level or grind. There's tons of group content separate/side quests that all engaging too, fully voiced and morality is so great.

They aren't region blocking, so those from the EU can play on US servers.

I will say this this newest build is a lot buggier than the last imo... very frustrating actually I only played a few times this week, and that's when I could log in or load a character. (launcher, loading bugs).. and then the in-game bugs. Hopefully they have a new build before stress test because this build will really frustrate ppl.

Oh btw, NDA has been lifted. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthre ... it10939389Folks, As of now, the non disclosure portion of our Game Testing Agreement is officially lifted. While all players must still accept the Game Testing Agreement, from this point on testers may now freely talk about their experiences this past weekend in the game, as well as post screenshots and gameplay videos of their testing experiences. We encourage you to come join us on the official Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ Forums to share your experiences! The Star Wars: The Old Republic community site will have a copy of this message on the forums and it will also appear in the Patcher. Players may not talk about nor reprint posts from our testing forums as they are still fully covered by the confidentiality portions of our Game Testing Agreement. And all players who want to participate in the upcoming Beta Test Weekends still have to accept all terms of the Game Testing Agreement. So, other than that, free feel to talk about and share your experiences in Star Wars: The Old Republic. My thanks go out to everyone who has beta tested and continues to beta test the game. It has been with your help and feedback that Star Wars: The Old Republic is where it is today. We really appreciate your efforts. May the Force be with you!
