I bought this the day it came out and I love the game. More gritty, gory, and suspenseful than the first. Not really scary but then again it takes a lot to give me a spook. If you haven't played the first I suggest you play it because both are great Sci-fi/ Horror games.

I actually thought about to get part 1. So its really worth it?
Another question would be.. how long does it takes till u are done.. and would it be worth to play again and again or " nice. done but boring"

I hear it's roughly 12 hours for the campaign. Plus it include multiplayer this time, though I don't know how well it's done.

The Dead Space 1 campaign took me 10 hours to beat and the second one about 12 hours. As for replay I've done the first one 3 times but haven't beat impossible for the first yet. The second one I'm starting my second runthrough because once you beat the game there are new items for the second playthrough.
