*IF you tested stress tested the weekend build... it's not a full re-download - it's patched to launch build/current build. Which is launch build, so... shouldn't need to download again for launch either! There was a sticky saying this, perhaps that's changed, but for this weekend's beta no full download if you kept the old beta!
