Welcome to the Astromech Stats!

Astromech Stats give you a quick look at what's going on across the galaxies. These statistics are a "snapshot" of characters across all galaxies on a given date, reflecting the status and activities of players online. (These statistics do not show an average or all characters ever created, but the players online on the given date.)

In this week's Astromech Stats, let's take a look at popular factions, character transfer statistics, house pack up stats, and the alliances of all the pilots taking to the skies.

What server did you choose during the Free Character Transfer Service? Let's take a look at the most popular destination servers.



House Pack Up (March 10, 2009)

With over 300,000 structures packed so far, citizens of the Galaxy have been very busy cleaning up the galaxy. Here are the top three hours with most houses packed.



In the first hour alone, over 30,000 structures were packed! The next two most productive hours saw 20,000 and over 15,000 structures packed up. Good work citizens of the galaxy!

It's a virtual tie between the Rebels and Imperials. 45% have sided with the Rebel Alliance, while 42.5% have chosen the way of the Imperial

I hope the Transfer To chart tells SOE something... ie: more servers needa go. Sorry Gorath =)

(oh and btw nice job using so many purples that look the same shade... )

But it shows ppl prefer to transfer to servers with already est populations. With that much freedom to me it's no surprise; thus, already lighter/barely dead servers SOE kept hoping many would choose them are still on life support...

Id actually like to see forced server merging. Yep, FORCE IT. I know the issues with it; so maybe you give some options but not ANY server to transfer too... basically forcing 1-2 of the lighter servers to fill up, getting rid of the rest.

SF has gotten better; if you look it got the most influx of the "light" servers thats noneuro, but if you ever log into SS or Bria or a Medium-Heavy server, it's night and day. Besides the GCW on SF seems very tight knit with veterans who are retards; on Imp side esp and thats very sad... itd be nice to shake things up on our new server home.

Of course; I would hate to have to transfer AGAIN; now that LXB's almost set with a city; but I think by the data (they need to add a new pop by server...) SF is certainly the lightest server with the MOST potential and pop (of the "light" ranked servers... Gorath adn Sunrunner are hopeless...)

Just my two cents.
