It is my pleasure to announce that I was able to place a City Hall this evening.

New League City is the new home to LXB.

Its location is near the large lake east of Keren located at 5372 3203 on Naboo.

I'm so glad you were able to get the CH placed Deex. I wish I could've seen your face when you didn't get the message that the city was capped! Hee hee.

I will try to be on again later to find out where to put my shop.

Well last night we ranked up to level 2 we are now a village, gives us a little more room to grow.

Hopefully next week we will make level 3, from here on out it all depends on how many other level 3 cities there is on Naboo.

We should have no problem getting level 3 on Monday. We already have the required citizens. Elias just posted an updated city list.

Only 3 level 3 cities and 1 level 4 atm.

So if all goes well, we could be level 4 on the 6th and get a shuttle!

Well last night we made it to Rank 3, good job LXB.

Now this means another round of house moving, I need to make room for a cloner, we placed a cantina but its placement isnt exactly where it should be, I need to move things around to allow for better placement, I know some may think im being anal about the city layout but I want NLC to be a good city and make people say LXB has their stuff together, that and right now city management is one thing that keeps me ocupied.

Now the next big hurddle will be next week to see if we can make it to rank 4 and get a shuttle, I think we are one citizen short, ill double check later.

One citizen short should easily be remedied. I don't think Ash is in the city yet not sure...

And good layout is important. Remember though... I'd keep an eye out on the new houses that'll be live soon enough; I know that's one thing many will want to try or switch housing. That may change some layout plans, perhaps... Not sure when they'll be on TC but I know I plan on having one at least checking em out on TC first...

I am pleased to announce that we ranked up to level 4 and now have a shuttle, thanks to everyone for making this happen.

As of now we are at 30 citizens which is the minimum required for a leevl 4 city, I ask everyone do not make a move with any houses with out letting me know, I would hate to lose a citizen and drop again, also if you havent make sure all your toons have a house in the city please if only 1 house, I would like to get a few more citizens to give us a little buffer.

I have to stress here too, that Deex's worry of losing even one citizen due to house shuffling and then causing us to derank and lose the shuttle is a valid one. It happened to me once when I was mayor of Serenity Valley.

We were moving houses around, back when houses still destroyed if the maint wasn't paid up. Some old houses had poofed and we were rearranging the city layout. We had enough citizens to keep rank 4 but a couple guys who had militia moved multiple times, trying to get their houses turned just right and all and forgot you can only declare once in 24 hours. They had declared in their houses, and then decided to move them again, only to find out they couldn't redeclare.

Only they didn't tell me they were going to move stuff around and they had done it the night before the city update cycle and since it caused us to have less than the required citizens, we deranked and lost our shuttle that next morning.

I had 7 days to get our rank back up. It was easy, since all I had to do was make sure everyone was within city limits and declared. We got our shuttle back the next update.

But when you are running close to the limit on citizens, that's all it takes -- is for one house to be moved at just the wrong time -- and poof goes the shuttle.

In these days of tight competition for city slots and ranks 4 and 5, it's very risky to be rearranging declared houses if you don't have more than the minimum citizens to hold that rank.
