We're eligible but it's confusing. We cannot do anything site wise once we do this - aka accept members, organize, etc. that goes ingame but there is no ingame yet. But we get assigned server and info I guess, and want to make sure to do this with BW so we best chance get same server etc.

My thoughts to wait until end of November to officially deploy - but, guess doesn't really matter just we can't do anything "site" wise. My question is will servers fill up or what? Maybe I should do more digging on SWTOR forums lol.

Talk it over with LoVto but I think we should deploy both guilds now. Anyone else that decides to play can join us in-game.

I'm just guessing, but I'd think we'd be more likely to get partnered on the same server as bw if we do it sooner than later. I think it's possible that the early mad rush would take a lot of slots pretty quick.

I was under the impression that being ready for deployment, meant that our guild met the requirements to be loaded into the game, when BioWare decided to start doing so. Unless guild leaders have other options on the site that I don't know about, I don't think you actually have to do anything.

I don't think there's anything we, or in this case Erisk, has to do. We are ready and it will happen when it happens.

From the TOR website:

What is Phase 3: Deployment?

During this phase, guilds that meet certain criteria will be transferred into the game. Your guild’s mini-site and forums will remain available on the website. However, guild creation and administration features will be removed from the website and moved in-game.

Shortly before Early Game Access begins, we will be bringing an end to the Pre-Launch Guild Program as we prepare guilds for import into the game. All guilds will be notified via email a week before the Pre-Launch Guild Program comes to a close.

http://www.swtor.com/guilds/faq#q3

Key sentence there is in bold and underlined. So this won't happen until December apparently. Unless, of course, Erisk has some info as GL that we aren't privy to.

info GL that everyone else's not privy to? UNLIMITED POWWWWERRRRRR

lol no. I was confused because as GL I got an email like I had a choice just worded poorly. But no, yeah, what Zu said, it's just making sure your guild is ready, at least 4 ppl pre-order which we have so we get deployed for early access.

So just need to make sure BW is the same which they are and we don't mess with adversary settings as we are a match right now for same server.
