Shadowfire Names

I'll be transferring at 12:01 am tonight. And according to the Friday Feature, it will take roughly 2 hours to complete. So, I figure, we could all use this post to jot down our new names, so we all have a way of getting a hold of each other.

Here are the names I'll use, providing they'll all be free when I head over:

I transfered 2 toons this morning before work

Deex transfered no trouble

I had to change kogi to -kogi-

Abell and Frokat transfered np. i ll know aout what i ll change quinne and kaine to when i make that transfer. i have a quick question though. if i have the unlocked third slot do i still use the move just as it comes up on log in or do i do it differently? shylock is the unlocked slot so i m guessing he goes first. if i have to do it differently do i just log in and type the command/freects Shylock.Intrepid to Shadowfire. the instructions kinda condused me. lol transfering Abell and Frokat was easy. Anyone have any ifo ?

If I have three characters on one galaxy, can I move all three to a galaxy where I did not unlock the third character slot?

Yes, if you don't have any other characters on that destination galaxy. Transfer the unlocked character first, then after the transfer, use the /occupyUnlockedSlot command to make that the unlocked slot character on the destination galaxy. There are now two free slots on the destination galaxy to transfer the other two characters as normal characters.

I just now transferred Qitu. No name issues. Now to wait 2 hours.

Once there, I have to transfer some stuff from my alt to Q and then delete her to make room for Tabu.

My SF alt's name is Jubilation. Once I see a few people have arrived and are ready to drop some houses in temp locations, I will pickup all Jubilation's placeholder houses out there.

cool thanks. so i just need to wait the two hours so i can log in on theunlocked slot the type the command and then move the other two. thanks alot. :shock:

I had some naming issues so I got creative, ha ha, added the - in front and behind name so -KotA- and -AtoK- both transferred and dropped houses at loc. Waiting on others. And BTW is anyone else having trouble adding names into the friends list. I have tried those above and all come back as not valid names. I guess it may take a while for everything to catch up in the transfer and all.

Hey I just thought of something. For everyone that has Tat style houses they can't drop, can we pick a spot to have a separate village on Lok or Tatooine for those? That sound good to anyone?

my real name was already taken and i didnt think i could accept any other name.. i can life with a '.. but thats it.

A lot of us aren't moved over yet, so it will take a while to rebuild the F list. Since we aren't "there" yet could be why you are having issues with adding friend names.

I have Qitu over there now. Getting ready to move out those temp houses and get Tabu over too.

I am sure we will be shuffling houses around a lot till we all get settled in over there and the city layout figured out. Till then, consider any place you drop houses, as only temp.

Kallayykam transferred over, and actually managed to keep his name. So I'm happy about that. But, Intrepid is offline right now, so I have to wait to transfer everyone else over.

Always happens on my day off, I swear.

You can only move one at a time, then wait 2 hours to move the next one.
