So is anyone playing Tabula Rasa right now? I just started playing, so far its seems ok.

heh i havent read to much about it.. and no i am not playing.. i have SWG accounts up (still 3. if ch8 fails.. ill go down to 1 or 2)..soon PotBS.. not sure there yet..i like the style of the game (great if u need a break from all this lasers and bombs) but for long time fun.. it might end up as pvp only game where u try to get as many ports as possible..as in the other post.. VG seems to make a comeback and iam to watch them what they will do..3 MMOs i am looking at.. shit i need a bigger harddrive (or my new comp if i ever get the bank to trust me.. )


besides that... how u are doing nam? last i remember was that u had alot of problems with headacke? feeling better now?

Im with Nobody. SWG pends a lot on Ch 8, still won't be THE MMORPG everyone plays here. PotBS will be nice for the first few months, but it is an RvR game, by end game if you aren't a PVPer or huge crafter you'll quit. It's at its core a RvR game and that's PvP.

But initially it'll be cool and fun to captain the big ships. But I don't see it lasting as long as VG did.

SO - I am considering VG again, it's changing for the better by far. Having Station Access, which if you play more than one SOE game sorta a must imo, worth it even more to try.

Played Tabula Rasa beta for a while but combat was very shallow and uninteresting. Reminded me alot of Planetside but with out the PvP(another SOE game which i somewhat enjoyed).

I agree about PotBS, while ship combat is alot of fun alot of aspects of it seem really shallow.

I'm considering uping my Station pass to see how ch 8 turns out aswell as see how far VG has come.

30 bucks a month is worth it if you play more than one SOE game, totally. Esp for peeps who've played VG SWG PotBS or PLanetSide. But of course if you can afford 30 hehe.

I am not sure if you're being snide or not Im guessing not... But my point was that's the point. There isn't one. I mean like, really play. If SWG was why so many go to PotBS and play there more at Beta? YES many still play and its their main game...

Most ppl seem to be floating between though, VG was the latest imo big MMO we all played dedicatedly... then SWG again for a few and... yeah. Now PotBS strikes the fancy of many but that wont last long. However I hope Ch 8 revitalizes SWG more. Also hope something in VG too I do miss that game as well greatly, both SWG and VG... more ppl needa get Station Passes =D

That's the main reason i haven't subscribed to it yet.

If they had a yearly Station Access subscription i might consider it worth it but for me 30 bucks a month is a bit much if you only play 2-3 games.

If you play 2-3 games at 14.99 a month... that = more than 30... so... then it's obviously the better deal... heh.

But obviously if you hardly play then no.
