Update! This is fixed in tomorrow's patch. DNA will also transfer intact.

if you are a beastmaster, DO NOT TRANSFER! you will lose -all your trainable pet specials-. this bug has been reported -months- ago, and is still in the game. this includes rare specials like trample, and even knowledge cube specials like truffle pig. CS will respond to your ticket with "We are unable to help you".
