Transfer one of your normal slot characters from Server A to Server B.

Then login to the Unlocked Slot Character on Server A...

/vacate

Logoff and login to Server B character...

/occupy

Logoff and resume transfering the 2 remaining characters from Server A to Server B

The command to move out of your Unlock slot is not vacate it's /unoccupyUnlockSlot

Likewise to move back into it /occupyUnlockSolt but /occupy might work as long as there are no other commands that start with occupy.

ok, /unoccupy then... i'm at work so just posting from memory.

Actually, I was correct...

From Game Update 5 Notes...

Unlocked Character Slots:

* If your account has an unlocked slot, you can use the following procedures to manage the unlocked slot.
* If you currently have an unoccupied unlocked slot, whenever you start the client, at the character selection screen, a message will be displayed with instructions on how to use the /occupyUnlockedSlot command to make any existing normal slot character into an unlocked slot character, thus freeing up a normal character slot on the galaxy. This message will only be displayed once, and will be displayed again the next time you restart the client.
* If you wish to make an unlocked slot character into a normal slot character, thus allowing you to put another normal slot character into the unlocked slot, thus freeing up a normal character slot on that galaxy, log in the unlocked slot character, and run the /vacateUnlockedSlot command.
* You can log in the current unlocked slot character and run the "/swapUnlockedSlot <character name>" command to make the current unlocked slot character a normal character and make the specified normal character (on the same account and on the same galaxy) the unlocked slot character.
* The /occupyUnlockedSlot, /vacateUnlockedSlot, and /swapUnlockedSlot commands share a 24 hour cooldown.
*

It's actually not too difficult to use.

Say you're transferring your characters, and you have an unlocked slot.

Transfer one of your characters to the new server, log in with that toon, and use the /occupyUnlockedSlot command. Your character, on the new server, will now occupy your Unlocked Slot.

Now, being you have a toon in your Unlocked Slot, on the new server, you can transfer the next two characters over, and you will now have three characters on your new server.

If you ever want to change which character sits in the Unlocked Slot, you can use the /swapUnlockedSlot command.

If you ever want to remove a character from the Unlocked Slot, just use the /vacateUnlockedSlot command.

Hope that helps. :)

Will Transfer:

Datapad content
Packed up structures and all of their contents
Packed up factories and all of their contents
Ships and all equipped components
POB ships and all of their contents
Pets and beasts
Vehicles
Droids
Waypoints
All draft schematics, including temporary schematics
Items in the character's inventory
Items in the character's bank

Resources
"Resource crates now transfer. An "imported" resource crate will be uniquely identified on the foreign galaxy by having the originating galaxy name in front of the resource name, like (Europe-Chimaera)Arou. "Imported" resources are not available from the 30K resource deed veteran reward. Recycled resources (like homogenized milk, processed meat, processed seafood, ground bones, smelted copper, etc.), because they are the same on all the galaxies, will be converted to the corresponding native recycled resource of the destination galaxy." - Valara

Factory crates

Credits in the character's inventory and bank

Badges and collection status
Bio-linked items will remain bio-linked on the destination server even after changing the character's name
TCG loot vendor
"TCG vendors must be destroyed in-game before the transfer. Be sure to remove all items from them before destroying them! After destroying the vendor you will regain the ability to create that vendor again. The ability to create that TCG vendor will transfer properly. This process only works on vendors obtained as loot in the Star Wars Galaxies Trading Card Game." - Valara

Won't Transfer:

Vendors

Even if packed up
All items in a vendor won't transfer, you need to unload it

In-game mail
"In-game mail will not transfer." - Valara
Friendlist

Guild affiliation
Your ingame "Server First" former recognitions
"If you have completed a Server First on your original server and transfer to a different server, you will keep your badge, title, recognition on the original server's list on the official web site, and recognition on the original server's Collection window. You will not be recognized on the destination server's Collection window or the destination server's list on the official web site." - Valara

Quests in datapad shown with an icon (terminal missions, space duty missions..)
Already deployed city halls (since they can't be packed up on your origin server)

Items that might be transformed

On an item, any condition greater than 1000 will be reverted to 1000. Note that it's an old obsolete preNGE stat, so it's just to inform the fanatic collectors.
Non spinning holos will most likely be turned into spinning holos (huge value loss)

Old Village Sith resources may disappear?

No guarantee:

to keep your character's name
