Thank Zurielle and Kez for setting up the new digs. Sad to lose our old home, but this one will be better! Finally we'll have organization, VG and SWG sections, and actual ADMIN POWER! =)
Just wanted to welcome everyone as slowly transition to these forums. As you see I've used my VG name (Erisk) or surname. Anyways... enjoy! =D

dunno if anyone else noticed it.. but our old home gets bombed with spammers.. i have no clue why this is so extrem the lastdays.. but it makes me sad to see the 3 last years going down like that.. if anyone can find nam.. please... tell him to take it down.. kinda hurts to see our past kicked like that

I thought you had contacted Nam and he was gonna work on giving you admin rights to the old forums?
Ohw well, its nice to start fresh after so long. Plus these forums look a bit nicer than the old ones.

That was the original plan, but nothing ever came of it so now we have these new forums.

We're getting hit hard by the porn spammers at the old site.. i just deleted like 30 posts scattered all throughout the forums >_<
I went ahead and locked down all the threads except for the General Discussion forum.. over 1k threads in there lol.. would take forever. For whatever good it will do, as i can't lock forums, only threads

Yeah could never Reach Nam I tried hard too... he even sent me an email non related about site but never replied back.
So this is a measure we didn't want to take but had to and heck take some getting used to like any home change would but overall for the best. No spammers here!
Besides personally lots of history at other forums... esp General Disc. Wouldnt want to shut it down. Painful maybe but bleh =)

It was exactly because of the spammers and spam bot registrations on the LXB forums that when my RP group made a forum for our new game, we locked it down tight, every way we could. So only approved members can register or post. It's a shame the spammers killed the old LXB.
